how did you find out about the Zone?

By accident - After I bought my current E30 - wish I'd found it before as I would have known the problem areas. The E30's I've had before this one have all been minty mint in comparison

I used to be a member of the BMWcar club and used that forum (now Bavarian Board which is always very quiet) and in the e30 section of that forum there was always comments about the zone.....I thought it was some secret inner circle.

Googled 'e30 buying guide' or something when I spotted the brownie on ebay and up jumped the zone. Now all my friends have left and I sit around in my pants all day, sobbing softly. Maybe there's a connection?

when i had my 318i i searched and searched for e30 forums, there wasnt any

anyway tried a few months later and hey presto the zone was created

was using planete30 at the time, the zone apparently went down and most turned up on there and told me about here, dont really bother with planet anymore
