hi
does anyone know anything at all about the square headlights they put on e30? the ones they call TAIFUN or somth like that?some history, how do they work, a price, etc..

All i know is that they are rare as bollocks on a frog and they are not a OE BMW item but made by another company and i seem to remember them being an Italian company

ive seen some fitted using a mk1 or mk2 vw jetta lights iirc. didnt look as sh1te as the above pic but it was odd.

so.. no hint about the way they should light the way, the bulbs they use, and other technical details..?is there no one?.. and .. with many excuses, how does one attach a photo to this comment?

There used to be an E30 getting around my home town with these lights. I understood them to be from Kamai (sp)?

nice of you 2 share this!! if you find them, please, post a picture with the high beam headlights, more exactly, the part where the bulb is fitted.i mean if i m not asking too much.. thing is i have a problem fitting the bulb into mine and they do not work properly.. basically the high beam is...not high at all:D for some reason..

Personally I like them, not enough to go through the hassle of sourcing a set and fitting them, but I think they look rather cool/different.
If I remember correctly they come from racing dynamics?

for all aspects.. is a pain in the #@% getting them from ebay.. same for fitting them.. and they come from RDnmcs.. and also if you want to find someone else in possesion of this kind of item..
