i remeber the m30 boat anchor i had in the M3, it was tourque as fuck with the turbo on it.

219's good power mate, m20's ahve got that unique soound to them. saying that i'm quite happy with the m52 in the compact and it does sound pretty good too

Frankly I'm hoping for more very soon but its going to be wallet busting, got one of the new BTBs on the way, if that doesn't make the power I want the RD 6branch is going on, remember I'm still running a log fanimold.

Then its remap time, not much else I can tinker with engine wise.

Doesn't matter whose rollars I put it on someone is gonna call it bullshit, someone always does.

But I'll be happy to see 225 which is all that counts. Its working out at about £125 per 1 bhp at the moment. I would love to see more but I'm not getting my hopes up, although its running horribly rich at the moment and on shite fuel when its mapped for 99RON.

Quality doesn't need rebuilding every few thousand miles though fuzzy

mine had only done 20000 miles since i had it. never blown a headgasket either. not so bad really considering how much i abused it but with higher power comes higher maintainance bills.
built properly like any engine itll last well.
