Ive got some MK2 escort ones in, £6 a piece
I don't know what dimensions you need for the M50 but if you check out http://www.rallydesign.co.uk/ (where I got mine from) they should have something that will do nicely

the e28 m5 mounts are stiffer and about £50 a pair. p/n - 11 81 1 132 793. The AKG ones are about £150 iirc.
the m50 is still on ekos drive - completely finished. Need to sell on the iS first though before i can insure the m50. The iS has its mot on friday

I use them on my S50, which used to have steering coupling to manifold contact issues, it hasn't happened since I fitted these!

dont really want to clutter your thread up, but ive had timewasters with the iS. Made alot of plans to come without the car while the insurance is sorted on the m50. the m50 is supposed to be on alan jefferies Rolling Road on saturday but there is no way its going to make it now after that timewaster. Im PM inbox is pretty much always full becuase of the iS though!
