Picked it up Grille has been replaced by a standard one already.

Don't get too excited by toys nothing to help me go faster Lol

Lowering springs (fronts fitted, rears in the boot bizzarely), Angel eyes, white dials with blue or green backlighting (via a cool M logo switch)
Does have some chav extras including black rear quarter windows and led number plate screws but they have already been disconnected :P

I have just broguht it home and it seems to run fine but gets hot in traffic (fine on the move) any ideas?

Running hot in traffic/ slow speeds is likely to be knackered viscous fan mate.

With the car running stick a rolled up newspaper into the blades, if it stops the fan then it is knackered.

Think you're into about Ԛ£30 for a new viscous. Piece of piss to replace so long as you have a 32mm open ended spanner to get the nut loose. Remember the left hand thread.

Also, just check over coolant system, has it good good fluid levels and does it look like there's antifreeze in there?

Cheers for the quick responses on the fan side peeps. I thought as much. Will have a good look later

In terms if mods not too much for the time being. My mate has given me some bottle top alloys to bang on it so there's one mod.
I am using this for a run around as my e36 is knackered. When I have settled into my new house and free'd up some cash to fix my m3 I want to turn this e30 into a track day toy.
A lot of the members on e36coupe.com are doing the same thing and having a wicked time with light weight 318 e30's.

Keep an eye out at "the ring" for this some time soon

@Karan. Hard work tbh with my ickle 316 but had it hanging out first night as it was raining after a hot day, Greasy

I reckon ok in the wet but without some not for highways manouveres I aint going to see it sideways on dry public roads too often.Lol

When I get my e36 fixed I wanna strip the e30 for track days and possibily extract a couple of pony's from the standard 1.8.
A lsd will be on the list then
