Not that I know of, that's why you need to shorten an e36 m3 one..

E30 M3 cable is the correct length. It's RHD cars that have problems.

As a temporary measure to allow me to move the car, I moved the bracket back on mine and used a standard cable (E36 M3 I think), but its held up fine for last few months driving so Ive not bothered changing it yet.

I fitted a length of metal on to where the bracket sits on the intake runner and just moved the bracket back so the front hole (nearest the engine) was on the rear thread. The length of metal is held by the 'silver nuts' to the intake runner on both threads, the bracket is held only held by the rear thread, but is riveted to the length of metal through its unused bolt hole.
If anyone is really bothered/interested, I will take pic to make sense of what Ive just written

Not the best, but I even painted it because it became more of a permanent feature  , although I never did bother to cut it down to size

I think the length of metal I used was actually a shelf bracket :o: , as it just happened to have to holes in the right place. One day I will get round to shortening the cable and doing it properly, but its been working fine like that for the last year or so, and the last few months on the road.

Cut the cable to required length.. Cut the end piece past the crimp, drill the hole slightly deeper with a 1.5/2mm drill bit, coat the end of the cable in flux, put back in the hole heat and apply solder
