Can any one please tell me how to remove the headlamp wiper arms on my 318is? I need to remove the arms to get the grill off to remove a headlamp, it's driven me nuts this afternoon. Any help much appreciated.

Flick up the little cap thats in the middle of the 2 arms. undo the 8mm nut and pull them of.

Many thanks. Sorry to take so long to reply, busy buying a new house. I did flip the cap and undo the nut but the wiper arm seemed solid. A bit of wd40 soon did the trick though.

Yea it seems like they won't come off but if your CAREFULLY wiggle them up and down while you try to pull off they will come off. It's just a matter of wiggling.
