Not a particulary a hard job.
Viscous fan, aux belts, dizzy, crank pulley, cover mark timing up, slacken tensioner, remove belt, remove cam. Do reversal.

schimples, but an absolute must is replacing the drip rail, check follwers as they may be as fooked as the cam ...and plenty of lube when reassemblingmaxfield wrote:Not a particulary a hard job.

Agree with Barx.
Fit a new spray bar for £8 for piece of mind along with fresh oil and filter..... in my experience, if you dont fit a spray bar at all the engine will last around 17 miles

a case of getting stuck in, if you get stuck then just ask. there's probably a better general guide on the net, but just observe torques when tightening the cam back in, lots of oil & make sure the belt sits in the right teeth and it doesn't slip down below..
have you got new hyd tappets too?
sorry steve I missed you there, they were 17 hard miles though surely?
