m60 Manual Gearbox- Whats it worth?

Got the option of a 530i e34 Manual,

Its not too clever, but its gearbox is good.

Whats it worth?

Really, not sure, but I know they're rare as horse shi7, i taje it its a V8

Think this is just a 5 speed.

Will it fit the 4.0 as well?I'm thinking that the flywheel/bellhousing is the same?

If the box is worth 300, then I'll collect it this eve!

With the flywheel and clutch, it's worth around 300 quid. There's not much demand for the 5 speed as they don't have an overdrive fifth. Without the flywheel, it's worth £100-150. I've sold a few over the years and have struggled with them. The flywheel is a potential nightmare as it has recessed sleeve bolts that require a special tool to remove - about £25 from BMW.
The 530i box is a 525i/328i unit with a big V8 bellhousing. The 4.0 box is a big strong bastard.

The 530i would need to be 50-100 quid to make it worth the aggro, and would need to have leather and other bits to sell.
