Hi there,

Pardon my ignorance but is it possible to change the brain in an e30 from a jetronic to a motronic ECU? Only reason I ask is that as far as I understand a jetronic can't be chipped, may be wrong, infact I almost certainly am wrong.
Apologies again, my lack of knowledge on the subject is second only to my understanding of the female brain!

Theo, Jetronic can be chipped, it merely as a fuel only system the gains are not worth the outlay , but thats only a zone based opinion, was the only route for EFI in the day and is an effective system

yes you can swop from one to the other, all you need to do is change all the sensors, the ECU and the complete engine bay harness
Product Development and Endurance for Delphi.

Original performance chips, original works not unlicensed copies :D Email FTW
