Anyone going? It's another Action Day, £30 per session in advance or £35 on the day.

If anyone sees me, come and say hello (I'm Dave btw).

On track at 9.30, 1.30 and 3 iirc, and then possibly some more later in the day (and may be letting some mates have a go...gulp)

Anyone seen any pictures or videos of my touring on track?

Do the people who insist on sticking orange stickers on my car have a website?

Had a really good day, I drove 3 sessions and a mate drove 1. Went to do a 5th session but got a clunk-clunk going down the pitlane so we bottled it and went to investigate. Apart from a bit of play in a top mount it seemed fine - didn't hear the clunk again, but we flogged our remaining passes and took the car home just to be on the safe side.

Never seen so many Saabs before in my life! The one that caught fire looked a right mess. Shame there were so many delays during the day from accidents.

I didn't see the green estate on track but my mates said it was going very well. The green e30 doing the drifting was very very good - a good show from the E30s alround!

Had a great day there again yesterday, the car was going really well.I am going to see if i can find any pics on the net of the days action.
I let my mate have a go in my E30 and i nad a go in his E36 328i sport. Not sure i will be able convert him to the world of e30's. His car does go well and i was starting to get a feel for it when the session was red flagged. Grrr :x
Let my dad have a session in the E30 too and ha really enjoyed driving it around the track.
Nice to meet some faces and old mates down there too. I did not see you later in the day Chris as time just ran away. Does anybody know what engine was in the green E30 drift car?

General consensus is that it has a B35, but standing by the side of the track taking photos, I would swear it had some form of forced induction also.

Never got to see under the bonnet unfortunately.

Martin.
