E60 rims on my m3

Falkster.
As you may know mine are reps. I looked at several differnet reps and only 1 set looked "right" others had other issues whether it was the centre too big or not enough dish on them.



The main advantage was that the set of 4 reps cost less than 1 genuine. The disadvantage is the lacquer is already cracking And the website I got them from doesn't list them anymore.

I very nearly got M Parallels. Like them much more than BBS style.

Or maybe a set of gen CSLs 19s!!!

Where can you get the CSLs come from??

Sqaure wheels and Triangle tyres! You can't go wrong with that combination

I think Nogaro BBS 16"s,
BBS RS 16"s,
17" BBS LMs and Style 5s are my favorite wheels on M3s

AC splits look good in my opinion too
Don't like the Rondels though.

IMHO, generally cars look better if they're "period". The M3 looks pretty cool with those wheels though.

I agree totally Stu and thats why finding a set of alloys for the M3 is such a ball ache. Its trial and error but you'll always guarantee one thing and that is that someone wont like your choice......

I think some of the Jap style "Volks" wheels could also suit a M3. As the spokes are quite "hard edged"

I remember Thorney Motorsports E46 CSL is running TE37's and they suit massively!

tbh, I think pretty much anything motorsporty would work on an m3 as long as the size and offset were ok. Early racers used split rim bbs, later used single piece less spoked bbs, various other teams used 5 6 or 7 spoke mag rims, some used flat centred comp TH or oz centrelock types, all of which looked awesome.

I still think my m5 turbines worked well whilst being pretty different to anything else.

Both my sets of style 5's now have rusty bolts.
Took the plunge to put something totally different on my car.
I got a free set of E60 5 series wheels from my dads mate car.
Its very rare you see a m3 with different wheels.
Had some interesting opinions at Thoresby classic car show, weekend just gone.

They looked fantastic on the car .Me and Matt were parked either side of you and kept saying how great they looked.

TBH they look better in the flesh than in the pics. A great choice and dare to be different.

A friend of mine also has them on a E30 M3 cabby and surprisingly they look nice. But i think they look better on the coupe, especially your cuz your car is BLACK.
