I did timing belt change over the weekend as a precautinary measure(previous owner have no idea on current belt milage). Followed guides in haynes and a few online howto. I believe i did everything right except for the crank position sensor. Not sure where to hook this bugger. Btw the engine is 1984 m20b20 l-jet. Engine turns when i crank it, there's spark and spark plug gets wet after lotsa cranking. Here's pic of the sensor:

good to know the sensor's not essential :) will give it a crack tonight. thanks a lotttttt willnz :D

i managed to get it started this morning but won't rev past 1k rpm, will upload the sound later. played with afm but nothing much changed :cry:
