It works but not fantastically.. it now needs some mapping adjustments and it has some timing issues, other than that I need to sort out the rear tyre rubbing on the arches and need to finally get around to fitting the power steering. The water pump has broken so I need to swap that out for a new one too.

I'm in the middle of clearing out the garage as it had turned into a right pigsty recently with me just working non-stop on the car.. So by the weekend I'll have the e30 back in the garage to get some more work done on it before I take it to GSTuning to get it mapped.

Well this car has been sat outside the house after the water pump failure. The pump has been swapped for a new replacement and the valve timing has been redone. But I have lost all motivation for it now what with having a new R32 Skyline drift car to play with.
I may well pop up a proper for sale thread for the car later. First person with £4000 can take this one away. All it needs is seats and paint.

Yeh, it will be a shame to see it go, but this is far more entertaining for me at the moment, soon to be 500bhp too:

Hey, thats the best tourer on the zone imo.... could you please tell me what you did with the steering column? photos would be great. Does this allow you to use the standard m30 exhaust manifolds without modification? I will be using a standard e30 m20 rack though and i know you have used an e32 rack!
i need to get rid of the big rubber joint

i need to get rid of the big rubber joint

You win some, You loose alot!!!
Can't you just unbolt it all, remove the rubber guibo and bolt the two ends together with no guibo? Alternatively, there used to be a group buy on solid guibos, which were more slimline than the rubber disc guibo above...scottidog wrote:i need to get rid of the big rubber joint
