Have been told i can remove the vinyl from my horseshoe and the car colour should be under it, is this true and has anyone done it?

I've seen it coloured to match the body but not seen it removed :?

Can,t see that being right mate, surely the vinyl would
be stuck on with some kind of adhesive, which would just rip
the paint off.?

Looks like the spray gun has got to come out then, changed the door cards and now the horse shoe doesn't match :( .

what colour do you need the horseshoe and leather. i have one here in diamond black with black leather,
looking for a 325i cab for a project. why?
