Gave the renovo plastic polisher and the roof reviver (re-colouring) a go on my cabbie today. Just thought I'd show you my result....

the rear window polisher... I ordered the 100ml bottle. I had to go over it with the polish several times before I started getting the results I was looking for. By the end, I probably had enough just for touch ups. However I have to admit, the stuff does last for ages as I gave the inside and out several coats and I was being generous with amount I was applying. This is how it looked before...

and then after alot of elbow grease

The clearness is much better. I'm going put some Zymol Cleaner Wax on tomorrow to finish it off, as I read on here it does an even better job then Renovo Polisher. So hopefully it should be even clearer.

Next, is the Renovo Hood revivor. Applied it with a paintbrush. I learnt as I went along, you have to give a very even and equal coating for a decent finish. Takes a little while to do the whole hood. But I think I may just need to brush up on my painting skills lol. I bought the 1litre bottle and so far I have given it THREE full coats... and I still have some left over! My advice is do not over coat it too much, treat it just like painting a wall.

I only took one picture after giving it the first coat, but I will update it tomorrow with a picture when the latest coat should be fully dried, and autoglym hood proofer applied.

Very impressive results on the rear screen.

Where did you get it from?

I bought the two from ebay. It cost about 40 quid delivered for the window polisher (100ml) and Hood Reviver (1ltr).

Expensive but no way near expensive compared to a new hood. So definitely worth it
