anyone got a product for polishing the littly bits of chrome trim on my cab ...?given its laquered...?

If laquered then I would treat like any normal paintwork as it is the laquer that is being polished and not the chrome.

On chrome if it is starting to tarnish then Solvol Autosol or even Silvo are good for geeting the clean. Even coca cola will clean chrome ready for polishing.

I found some random old metal polish from John Lewis in the house - worked quite well but proper mission to apply and buff.

Really? I've always heard v good reports about Autosol.

I think Practical Classics mag ran a test on these products some time ago and Autsol was one of the best.
