Hi got an opportunity to get a 318is engine and box , thinking off fitting this to a 318 cab , what other is bits will i need ,

318is engine will ancillaries and twin coil pack, gbox,exhaust.

what abouit radiator, any wiring etc any help would be appreciated as i do not want to have to start spending out more money on bits once i start fitting thanks

The 318i rad will be fine. The iS one is a inch or two longer but my freind is running his with one and its fine.

You will need the M42 loom.

IIRC the M40 and M42 gearboxes are the same.

Bracket to hold the coil pack.
The exhaust will probably be the biggest expense :?

Thanks, so forget gearbox, coilpack bracket and complete exhaust if good, Loom , may give it a punt

Prop, engine mounts (can make do with e34 525 solid rubber mounts from GSF) ECU

You wouldn't need to change the prop the gearboxes are the same?
