Good to meet up with you all, pretty much everyone turned up which was a bonus. Some naughty thoughts about M30's going around my head especially as Dave's 2.7 seems to have the legs on me now

Here's my pics, which are strangely similar to the others

Dazleeds does exist

Toby's 3.5 beast with the obligatory bonnet open, was a bit of a reflex action, pulled up, people swarmed, bonnet opened

Yay! A piccie of my limo!

Was a small, but good meet. At least the weather was kinda okay.

Went out for a blast in Toby's 335i up the M62 and back... what a machine. In 5th from *0mph all the way up to *4*mph... in about 4 seconds. Amazing! Got to get some funds together now to make me one of them!

(first * is a 9, second * is a 1, and the third * is a 0) 8)

Good day guys. Best bit was hastily closing Toby's bonnet as the Poilce cruised by and stopped to ask questions... "What's all this then boys...?"

Cheers for the good luck... getting scared now!

Giles,

Did you get that old 5 from your Grandad?.

I really like the RAC badge is that instead of an M badge?.

Cheers Gareth.

Gazza you cheeky git! You're just jealous... To be honest though, I think it was owned by a grandad of some description... seat covers on all it's life, FSH, and the RAC badge... it's like something my Dad would have done a few years ago... oh God! I'm turning into my Dad... Gem was right!

Cheers Smithy -

That's the first time I've seen myself on video since 1983.

Not a pretty sight.

Yeah... was thinking about that this morning... wish I'd brought that now. Let's get another meet sorted... mind you, Gaydon is on the 21st, so no-one will be up for another meet until September though...

Jon... it's a 525e. Although it IS tidy, it's far from mint. 61k from new, FSH and a mint interior... all for Ԛ£235.

Keeping it till it falls to bits (which might be a long time yet unfortunately) then it'll become a donor, unless I sort myself out with a 3.5 conversion...

Chatting with Toby, and he makes it all sound so simple...
