I'm calling fake (I don't know why someone would bother either, but it's been done with engines on Gumtree before).
He uses the word 'motor' a lot which is a very american term (I haven't heard a brit use it once to specifically describe an engine at least) and the house in the background looks distinctly american.

It also doesn't look to have alot of electrics with it and little bits like the oil filler cap is missing (not massive I know, but if thats missing, what else could be)

thats what i was thinking
the building is too clean and the conrete looked to light and i only thought that due to thinking about the manifold fouling the steering rack . then started looking at the suroundings qoundering if it added up and it didnt
