How does this wire up? I don't have the space between the visors for it so am guessing the loom won't be there. Just one of my random ebay purchases and seeing if I can make any use of it!

if you need any looms sensors or wires or the compartment thing it sits in on the roof lining, i have the lot for sale.

im not sure on what is needed to install an check computer, but i have a car that im breaking and it has the check computer and all the bits etc, so if you find out what you need and send me the list i can strip it out of the car for you.

i know you will need to have the washer bottle pumps with wires as this is one of the checks.

you will have to link the check to the brake lights and the headlights

oh god its starting to sound like a bit more trouble than its worth. let me know if your going to go ahead with it

oh it's definitely more trouble than it's worth, but it's a gadget and I like gadgets

I'll have a look on the ETK at lunch after I've picked the unit up and let you know. Where abouts are you based?

Ok I think I need the following parts:

To hold the unit in
2x Clips - 62141369638
1x Bow - 62141373174

Being a 4 pot I don't have the right sump so can't use the oil level thingy
Coolant level thing I already have
Washer fluid levelling switch I should have too.

I can't find the light sensors or wiring harnesses on the etk though

nope, don't have the coolant or washer one... this is going to be a tough/expensive job

dom those part numbers mean nothing to me, so describe what bits you need and where they are located and ill get them off for you one day in the week

that's just the clip that holds it in... only cheap from the stealers so don't worry if you break them. It's the wiring I'm confused about

think I need to find one at the breakers which I can strip and suss it out, unless you fancy doing that?
