A meet is a monthly or bi-monthly meet.

Well once I got myself back on the right route I can a awsome drive back home. Alpina singing perfectly and not missing a beat. Times that these I realise spending all the fooking money on the mechanics of the car are worth it.

When I was at soem lights outsdie Brum I had thse Asain guys all packed in a car pul up next to me askign to wind the windo down. They asked what EVERYONE asks "It is a real one mate" I reply "It's got Alpina on the boot so I guess it must be" , "What milage has it done mate?" I reply "230k" "high milage" again I play "It's been rebuilt a few times and it's flawless and very rare" "how much you take for it mate?" I reply "not a fooking chance mate" and the lights went green and showed them it is all about the badge!

Had a fun race with this very fit lass in a Golf GT , she lass was driving light a absolute nutter and was obviously shocked a C plate Alpina with a chubby bloke with one missing front tooth was more than a match for here handbag acessery!

Betty Swallocks , I've done a 120 mile round trip and that is pretty local for me ( normally I am doing well over 230 mile round trips ). Was a good 3-4 hours of my day taken up with e30's which is nothing. Not like the GP was worth watching!
