RENOVO COLOUR REVIVER - is 500ml enough for e30 hood?

As title says, I only intend to use it once to bring the colour back. Is 500ml enough for our e30 hoods?

I was wondering the same - has anyone actually used this? I know people recommend it and say it is the best to use, but comments / feedback from people who HAVE used it would be appreciated.

Its just that the other day my mates e30 was parked next to mine. My hood looked pittyful compared to his. My one has lost that darkness and depth of the blue therefore it looks dull and faded.

it does the jpb very well i take it? Easy to apply?

a clean dry roof and use a decent paintbrush, avoid application in direct sunlight,
easy peasy just watch out for drips on the paintwork hth .

Got some Renovo Hood Reviver today so thought I'd try it out.

Pic of the state of my cabby roof - when I had tried some wax cotton waterproofer a couple of months ago which made a right mess of my roof:


Bought a 1 litre tub of Renovo Reviver from ebay, cost about £25 + postage and arrived the next day. The stuff is applied by brush, and I found out that, as my hood was still well waterproofed, the Renovo beaded up and took a fair bit of brushwork to apply. Aso noticed that it's a bar-steward to remove any drips that get on the windows or paintwork!!!
I let the first coat dry for a coupla hours, and then gave it another coat (luckily I'd gone for the 1 litre size!).
Here's a pic of it done, still needs a bit of drying time, and there's probably just enough left in the bottle to touch up any odd patches.




All in, I'd say it's a great improvement, especially when my hood was looking the way it was!
