A couple of weeks ago my car started making a horrible creeking noise when steering round right hand corners (hard lock) its a rotational noise if you know what i mean the noise comes from the front left of the car any help on this thank you.

Could be the power steering pump. Its about the right place and the fact that it only happens on full lock is a good pointer.

yeah i thought about that but it seems to be rotational as in as the wheel turns round and it only does it when the steering is a full lock to the right? if it was the pump surely it would to it both ways also you can feel it though the pedals and steering?? at first it thought it could have been down to a combination of my knackered suspension and top mounts but thats all just been replaced including springs ( bilstein ) all round.

The wheel bearings will be a standard size probable FAG or SKF can help you, take the sample in they will give you one for a fraction of BMW dealer prices, they are the same i know i worked in a shite bearing factory assembling the things!!!
