Having seen quite a few accidents I'd go for a safety devices one. The B6 is good as a roll cage and needs a few plates welded in but doesnt require cutting the dash etc.
If you want to stiffen up the chassis then you can use a multipoint cage but then you will need to make a lot more modifications.
