won an mtech 2 kit on ebay on sunday, need it for the front and rear bumpers to mend mine, thing is the buyer wants paying within 4 days or "non paying bidder feedback will be left" so up to now ive sent 5 emails asking for his address (kit is collect only) and for him to contact me so we can sort payment.he hasnt responded to any. does anyone think im being unreasonable not sending the money via paypal until i at least know where he lives?
it was Ԛ£255 btw

you can notify ebay of it so they will watch what happens,
I had a problem once when the seller would only send within the uk, and I kept askin him how to arange paymet but he didn't reply to my emails and he told ebay that I requested him to send the item to Holland, but he never asked me about it, and never replied to any of my emails. but because of ebay it's all sorted now.
hope this helps
cheers Sjoerd

I believe you can send an email to them, and make a note against the seller explaining the situation

I 'won' a touring off ebay for Ԛ£250, spares or repair due to a knackered head and when I turned up (a 2 hour drive) the car was a complete shed. They even lied when I asked specific questions on email like 'has it got any dents or rust'
Then she had the cheek to leave me negative feedback even though I agreed to take the car if she knocked off Ԛ£25. She said no, I was breaking a contract. Tosser bitch!! I hope they never managed to get rid of it!!
