Just came across a set of 5 in pretty good condition with center caps.
Would they be off an M3?
Anyone interested in them?

Most likely from an E34. They will of course fit any E30 that has had the 5 stud hub conversion. I think that M3 BBS were 16 inch.
If they re the E34 ones with metric tyres, I can't imagine anyone wanting them!
Quite a few sets on Egay at the moment iirc.

most probably an e34 5-series, thousands of sets of them around for not a lot of money.
the important bit is the offset. 7x15 et30 = e30 m3 wheels, which are worth at least 4 times as much as 7x15 et20 5-series wheels.
cheers,
harry

I've got one in my garage I bought by mistake a few years ago. Free to anyone who wants it.
Selection of BMW hardtops available, please ask!

E30 M3 15" are undesirable against the 16" BBS.
I wish BMW made 4 stud 16@ BBS's.

obviously the 16s are more popular as they were fitted to special editions and late models so are a nice 'factory' upgrade on earlier cars.
the 15s are still worth good money though, i've seen decent sets go for over £300. the 15s are popular with track boys too as theyre lighter and 15in tyres are avaliable in a greater range and lower prices than 16s.
cheers,
harry

I saw a standard red e36 sat on 16" bbs - i almost had a heart attack! looked awesome though (would of been better with an m kit though but it transformed the look of it!) I still think it suited the e36 well.

If there's any free 5 stud bbs's I'll av em

Previously owned loads of old E30s, E34s, a few E36s, E32s, E39s and an E38.
Currently in a diesel Audi - miss me old E30's....
