hello all

been drifting in the 318 at the eurodrfit events and its obvious now that i need a bit more power so its time for the 323 to go in :) its a A reg 1983 i think will this be a different ecu type to the 318 f reg its going in?

should i just swap everything all the wiring etc? if sodo i swap all of it including clocks etc?

you are going to put a jetronic engine into a motronic car, its the easier way of the two

TBH I'D swop in the B23 engine , fit a 325i intake and injectors and run that with the stock dizzy

you'll have some wiring to play with and will need a new code plug for the tach, the rest can stay put

do a search onsite, this has been done a few times now M8

Good luck

:( cant find anything could i use the standard ecu etc then? and only use the converted tach plug because of going from 4 to 6 cylinder? cant see how that will work as only having 4 injector plugs etc?
