Are there any guides on how to remove the intake manifold on a m20b25. I don't have the workshop manual or anything for the car. I have searched on here but couldn't find anything that good.
Is there anything I need to be particularly aware of?
Cheers

Removing Intake Manifold

I've done it on my M20B20.
You'll need a good selection of socket extensions and universal joints.
Look out for the oil return pipe underneath and it's o-rings.
I had trouble getting my IM past the thermostat housing.
There is a fair amount on this if you search, I wrote it up when I added my 325 throttle body.

Ok I've took off all the nuts, and the manifold is now loose from the engine.... the only thing stopping me from removing it is the oil return pipe and I cant seem to work out how to get this part off?
Anyone got tips on removing the pipe from the manifold??
Thanks

Not an oil return pipe I am afraid,it is part of the crankcase beather system!
Anyway,to remove;
Grip firmly with your mitts and push downwards against it's spring whilst guiding the manifold off it's studs.
To re-fit;
Use a couple of cable ties to compress the spring and do not forget to use new 'O' rings at the top and bottom of the pipe.
