Does a M3 rear bumper fit a standard E30? I want to fit the genuine M3 bumper to my car.

Ive seen pics of the front M3 bumper on a non M3. I think on RV3Limted.com
Not sure if the mountings are in the same place, but the corners were cut slightly to allow the sides to bend in and meet with the non M3 arches. You could probably do the same with the rear

I have the M3 rear arches but just want to know if the genuine M3 rear bumper mounts in the same position?

i`m pretty sure the bumper shock mounts are in the same position

I'm going to sound thick but does that mean that if they are in the same position then it should be a staight swap?

if you have m3 arches i can`t see why it wouldn`t fit straight on

yeah its fairly easy the main problem is the long torx bolts that go upwards through the mounts often seize up
