TURBO????? 8O

whats that go to do with wheels??

they look very similar to compomotive (spell?) rims used mainly on rally cars, you should be able to find those. They are available on playstation GT4 if that helps!

Definately a classic wheel and well made at that!

I think someone tried them on an E30 though and they looked silly!

Proper name is Ronal 'R10'. That pic is of the Phase 2 wheel - the black writing is a sticker. Phase 1s had cast in writing.

They are the mass market version of the Ronal 'racing' which is a magnesium 3 piece wheel in the same style. Light as you like but very brittle.

When i owned my e30 I tried to track a set down for ages. Even in Germany you're looking at a few Ԛ£k for a set though.

You can get the R10s for about Ԛ£350 a set for 7x15 ET 20 last time I looked.

Jon B had didn't have Ronals, he had Zender Turbos on his Red 325. That's another classic wheel.

the ronal turbo is an amazing wheel, but not for an e30 (looking at those pics   )

best suited to m1 and m2 golf's in my opinion.

nice find though, and if i ever get a golf......
