The guys in the EDC (European Drift Championship) run stretched tyres on their 200sx's, skylines etc. It effectively creates a stiffer sidewall.Eddie25 wrote:Stunning cars. Don't want to be captain Bring Down but stretched tyres + drift car sounds like a recipe for a horrible accident to me.

Uhm.... Yeah.... never thought this car will ended up like this.... should be a low budget tramp drifter, I had this shell for ages and put it together in a couple of year between the normal bussines, after all it's quite pimp drifting with sunroof openand a glass sunroof?
since today there are some changes, bought a M88 engine and a "dicktator" stand alone system, never heard of it before, but wa a bargainI certainly am, but don't talk to me about Megasquirt!
I think it looks cool... Otherwise, I dont think I can put 265's around them at least the rear wheels are 12j but my arch isn't wide enough to keep the tyre-thread inside... It isn't a problem when your wheels stick out here in holland, as long the thread is in....Shame about the tyres! What is the story with you guys in Europe and stretched tyres!? To me, they look terrible and must handle even worse!

These are two of the most unique styled Beemers I've seen in while. Simply amazing!
By the way, how did you decide on Poo brown, with electric lime interior?
Is there a story?
