I think that'd look even better if you put different wheels on it - as much as I like the BBS's as they stand I think something else (BBS RS's maybe?). Just a thought. (and I know they cost the earth and it's not my money I'm spending!).

loving the car mate keep it up. Does the rack make that much difference and how did you fit it was there much work in it.

car performed well at lydden hill.... (highlighted that i need an LSD) got ready for my second session, got out the pits got to the 3rd corner (sharp lefty) and my crank shaft sensor worked itself loose haha so i had to get towed off. all sorted now though
i still want the chassis stiffer... so iv got a few things in store for her

eibach arbs work a treat for me, can't say I've tried any other aftermarket ones for comparison but they certainly beat stock!juniorGT wrote:lookin into some eibach arb's, dont really need a bigger arb but do want it to be a bit stiffer and a little bit less roll without upseting the characteristics of the car i.e to much understeer/oversteer etc
i know that the eibachs are alot smaller than the H&R's.
E30 Touring 0.35 cD - more slippery than prison soap

camber/toe tabs arrived today cheers Dan.. idealy will be doing these when i find a slipper
so next mods...
UR front upper brace
UR front lower brace
LSD
fit camber/toe tabs (-2.5deg out back will be fine for road/track use)
whip the gearbox out and rebuild it as i have warn synchros in 2nd/3rd (pain in the ass on track lol)
and will be looking into a whiteline 24mm front ARB and further testing with the balance of the car so that means more seat time on track as im addicted... so a brands day will be next as its my local
GAZ coilies are future plans

Must be quite cheap if you can do it on a Student budget!
love yiur work mate - has provided me with a bit of inspiration for mine... though it won't be a track car, I still want it to handle well.
Keep posting the updates.
