I parked in the car park with another zoners cabby.
Then met up with some VW mates, i did stroll over the zone stand but i only met Dave318,
As for the above, im well into the vw scene and this is why i went, the bmws were just a bonus, i dont totaly agree with the above as most cars were special one offs in their own way.

Gutted I missed you Sumps buddy. Mine was parked on the end.
VW cars have so much more models and differences in style where BMW kept a desinctive look year after year with the whole range.

We ahd a bit more fun on the way home, on the slip road to the M40, some guy in a modded e36 thought he would give me a hard time passing him, mmmmmm, not so difficult when he blocked himself in on the inside lane
, then some guys in a 306 were trying it on with us, went past them really close on purpose

It was a laugh back up to the M40, some of the peoples faces as we shot past them were proper Kodak moments, and a few smiles and gestures of appreciation, although you lot shot past so quick you probably didn't even have time to notice

well for Iain and I the IS driver let us down cause he was too lazy to tighten his wheel nuts up and broke one off! Ended taking it steady back to mine for the repare.
For the short time we were all on it the sound of an Alpina and Hartge screaming along at full throttle is sublime. My Alpina is very quick but that H27 is capable of space travel!
I hope on the way to Monsport we get to unleach on some barryboys turds.
