right... today me and my friend mark fitted the pcv valve!! from start to finish it took about 45 mins... i replaced the valve itself and both hoses from the valve... this is what i found when i opened it up.........

it was horrible!! please bare in mind that i wiped the inside as it was chocka block with thick oil... the new one is on and i have started the car up until it got warm then turned it off... i havent driven it yet though... it seemed to rev allot better, thats all i can say..

Thats what you get for driving to the shops and back like a granny

Did you replace the whole thing or just the cover/valve bit?

the whole lot mate... and both pipes.. wasnt too bad to do either.
