Well the plans were take it off the road and give her some more power! A lady in a mini cooper helped it on the way but shunting another car into me and rippling my nice freshly painted rear panel and cracking my rear light, i was not amused now the car will most likely be written off! All that hard work going to waste

Yeah.. End of the day worth the sum of its parts unfortunately, so if it is CAT C/D'd then feck it, fix it drive it, and when the time comes, if no one is gonna stump up sensible monies, break it 8)

if you keep pics of damage and the repair then a new owner will not why its a CAT c/d and can see its been properly repaired and will keep the cars value.

New plans are on the horizon! The M50 is coming out and it will be replaced with a m52 2.8 sport engine and box.

Its been fun with the M50 but it is a little nose heavy and im craving more power so it has to go. Work began this evening but i will make sure the engine is all ready to go in plug and play style, so sump, wiring, m50 2.5 manifold mod and anything else i can think of that needs to be done. Then it will be engine out engine in fingers crossed a 2 day turn around (as long as jhonno isn't involved i which case 2 days will turn in to 2 weeks!)

Insurance finally sorted and paid out, kept it from being written off aswell. Rear panel was straightened myself with use of a block of wood and a lump hammer!! came out rteally well tbh looks like it did when i first got the car.

Last week i wasn't too happy someone tried to rip off my lower front valance which dropped off on a speed bump and i drove over it  more fresh paint needed both front and rear now.

Think of calling it quits with it aswell get the paint done and sell it move on to a new project we have a few possible donor cars i can have a play with just need to decide what to do with them.
