iv got a pere of frunt seats from a 850 i want to fit in my e30 cad thay have a 3 posishon memary on them full electric. Dus eny one now anything about the wiring ? Thers lods of wiers on the drivers seat. Dus this mean that the memary part is controld from a computer on the car not the seat im going to atak the wiring to nite wish me luck and eney help wil be apresheated

Thats of no surprise, always fancied an 8 series, but Id need a degree in electronics to maintain the thing

They have a seprate ECU which you will need.

got the pasanger one going that was esey brown and red to batry . So mark eny iders wher the ecu is and wich one it is chers

nop the ecu is in the base of the seat eny one now how to get it going. Eny one now wat the grean and yelow wiya with blak strips is for

so eney one now wat culers are + - for instans brown is - and red is + but wat polaraty is green , blabk, bluw and so on

You need to go thought the wiring diagrams i posted above, try and cross reference the seats you have with the diagrams and work it out. If you need further help on here, at least get some photo's up.

pictur 2 3 4 and 5 are i think the white and blak are power and the yellow one is from the switches that controll the seat
pictur 4 and 5 are the seme pictur thes are the wiers that with pictur 6 i thinc power up the seat and ecu
pictur7 is the conictors for the motors and i thinc the white conictor is for the mirrors
pictur 8 is of the ecu the left is where the power goes in and the rite is for the motors and mirrors

most of the wiers in this conictor go to the wite and black conictor in this foto

i think eny over wiers in the ferst 3 are for the warning lite on the dash for the seat belts

yay sust it.it was the brown, brown blak and red i wos just worried about blowing up the
