As Simon said, the coupe is a model made by BMW after purchasing the Glas company when it went bust.

er... edit... :o:
My first thoughts were a development of the Glas V8 coupé, bodied by Frua...

Surprised to find it's a 2002 GT4, bodied by Frua.

I like!
