Did all of the E30 models have the same prop shaft?

As per the title, was the same prop shaft used for all of the E30 models?

Only ones I can think of that use the same are the 316 and 318.

Check www.bmwfans.info // www.realoem.com for details, but if i remember correctly these have same:

"small" - 316(i), 318(i)
"medium" - 320, 325, 318iS, 325e ('85-->)
"big" - 320iS, M3, 324td, 325e (<-'85)

a diesel shaft is one of the stongest, from a turbo diesel

it is used a lot for drift projects
i've got a fev if you want....

Stronger in what way?
The only difference i have noted in propshafts is their different lengths for different engine types.
Engine conversions, Auto to manual conversions, parts, servicing etc etc... For anything e30 call 07718 901737

The front joint which bolts to hardy-thingie is the difference, as i listed before.

Auto and manual have different length front sections. As regards the strength question, there are different diameters too.

Auto props are shorter due to a slushbox being longer ,

all e30's share the same rear part of the prop and IIRC pre-facelift props are smaller in diameter
