Hottuning - Negative Feedback

Purchased a full suspension system from these people after checking they could supply what I wanted.
5 days after paying I was told that their supplier was out of stock & there'd be a 2 week delay waited nearly 4 weeks for delivery only to find it had wrong front inserts.
Took another 5 weeks of e-mails to get the correct one's delivered, (good customer service, they even answered one by starting "now what do you want" !!)
They promised a £30 refund that never materialised but then won't acknowledge my queries about it.
(I Have retained all e-mails to prove the above is correct)
STEER CLEAR OF THIS COWBOY OUTFIT !!

the bastards!! how hard is it to get someone the right parts they ordered?? cowboys indeed!!

They are a paid Trader on here, should expect better really

P.S. I've had dealings with them in the past without any problems but things seemed to have changed, your not the only one who's having problems with them
