E21 323i

where would be the best place to put a e21 323i up for sale?as i have one i want to sell,it is a very light blue/silver,with period alpina looking 13 inch wheels a good strong engine,lsd,short tax and test,needs a light restoration to make a real nice car..it has had some welding in various places.its a x reg... is it worth a try on ebay??as surely these are a rare car...

I would take it of you, but no space in my lock up, taken by a E21, and no space on my drive, 3 cars on it atm, plus the missus will kill me.

Ive had a look around it today and the rear inner arches and strut tops have had some unsightly welding,but it could all be cut out and done properly..its also got a 5 speed box,and disc breaked back axel.

just guesstimates here on what stuffs worth......

lsd... £300 minimum.
5 cog box.... £120-£150.
rear axle (disc brake conversion).... £120.
engine..... £100
wheels.... £80 minimum.
driveshafts x2..... £40.
bumpers..... £30 each.
radiator..... £20.
323i front legs (51mm) £50.
323i front calipers (vented disc) £40-50.

then + all the little odds and ends people want.....

That looks real nice would be a shame to frag it! Do you know if the cloth on that seat would match the ones in my chromie? (Ad in wanted section) So I could repair my chromie seat?

its the same material that my e21 had which looks the same as your comfort interior

I'd be interested in rad and hoses, maybe back axle. Might take the LSD as well.
