This is my new 325i SE MoreDoor that I acquired as a bit of a project. Not too sure where to start and would really like everyone’s opinions on what to do to bring it up to spec... Nothing too crazy, I just want to roll round in something OLD SKOOL COOL.

After the basics, giving it a bit of a service and getting rid of the tow bar, not too sure what to do next? All your helpful hints and tips would be greatly appreciated .

Looks nice, rust is expected now :(

As Adit said, tackle the rust first. I would lift the carpet's and see if there is any rust there :)

It aint too bad underneath, it's had new rear arches and font wings, all the break pipes and fuel lines are new too...

New front valance is on it's way... Not sure what to do with the rear valance its quite a big job to fit a new one isn't it?

If it's an SE, it probably would have had the colour coded side skirts, and a lot had the 'iS' lip as an option, also usually colour coded. Frankly either way is reasonably 'stock'. Not sure any came from the factory with the whole of the bumpers colour-coded, so stock would be having the centre sections bare plastic as in Ollie's photoshop. I'd be tempted to serve up the BKs on ebay and get some 15"BBS, but sorting the rust is the first job.
