Depends which one's and why ?
The M5 Brakes from 89 -92 are single 'clasp' type cailpers onto 315 vented discs.
I think the disks were enlarged with the 3.8 engined car's arrival in 1992, but still the single 'clasp' caliper.
With the introduction of the 6 speed box in its last year of production, 1995, a 4 pot Brembo with 345mm 'floating' discs were fitted as standard.
These are well sort after in the M5 community, so I doubt you find some of these much cheaper than a good aftermarket set up.
You would be better off sourcing some 4 pot calipers from AP or other, and using an uprated M3 disc, than going the early E34 M5 Caliper / Disk route.
Hope this helps.
Gorilla.

I have a 300mm conversion with E32 calipers ready to be bolted on.
You need Merc 500E Disks and 735i calipers (NOT the 730i V8)
The Merc disk has very little offset and you DON'T need any spacers as with E36 M3 or E46 M3 disks.
Just a little bit of milling on the caliper bracket.
I have a photostory on e30.de about it. But it's in german.
If you need drawings of the disk let me know.

yeah they do - even got vented hubs!!
if they'l go on an e28 they fit m3 struts as m3's run e28 brakes..
i dunno, my thoughts were they normally stop something that weighs nearly twice as much as an e30 so they might do for the s50... they do look mahoosive tho

all i know is, e34 535i discs and calipers go straight on an e28
and the e30 m3 used e28 535i brakes
so unless the e34 m5 strut housing/hub is different to the e34 535i, the m5 brakes will go on an e30 m3.
would look very cool, they're huge!

Hmmmmmmmmmm
Yeah they would look v v cool crammed behind my wheels (i think we measured them right) n they will just fit
Only thing is Ԛ£250+VAT for the discs (pair) good thing you dont have to replace them too often!!
