What's the definite timetable of events? Is everyone finally meeting at the Willett Arms, if so what time?

There seems to be a mixture of times and places that don't really tie up

Poulner Services, midday
cadnam at 1030
cosham approx. 10.30-45

I'm assuming the final eating place is the Willets. I'm guessing around around 1pm onwards???

Mark, Cadnam and Cosham are meeting spots en route to Poulner.

Poulner 12pm is the "official" meet, and then the Willet as you correctly say to eat.

I guess we'll leave Poulner around 1-130 dependant on life in general, we'll go A338 from Ringwood through to the Horton Inn and back up the Cranborne road.

Somewhere between 1.30 and 2 at the Willet I guess.

A nice cruise to the Willet Arms in Wimborne, and then we went on to the High Corner Inn (near Poulner again...)
