front bumper removel

hi my e30 has the metel bumpers on the botton how do the come of as it is rusty and i want to cahnge it thanks

thats a front valance,
you need the front bumper off first.

I found out for myself too mate, and only bolts as you say.
I did find out all the wires clip behind it the hard way too though...
