autoglym resin polish??

hi all i use autoglym resin polish bout once a week on my zinnobar red e30.. jus wondering is it safe ta use it regularly?? as its not reli a wax is it.

it's very very slightly abbrasive, (but also contains fillers to help disguise swirls and scratches)
it works well on red cars and would take decades to start to rub through the paint!
i find it very good for the money, you could try using a sealant on top to prolong the finish so you don't need to use the polish quite so often.
