m-tec 2 steering wheel wont fit

i got a m-tec 2 steering wheel but it dont go straight on, does anyone know how to put it on.....

well its not mint nor is it really bad its about in averg condition,

An e36 steering wheel won't fit even if you change the steering rack.
When changing any e30 steering wheel the key must be in the ignition and turned to disengage the steering lock.
