It's actually a pretty easy job.... if i can do it anyone can...

First take the coat hanger hook out by prising it (GENTLY) off,

then get a deep 8mm(I think?) socket and unscrew the nut off.

Then take the rear doorcard/wing card off and the second nut is located above the seat belt carrier, if the coupling is hanging right when you take the belt off it is around there, just stick your hand up and left.

Then unscrew the latch on the window. This is done by prising off the plastic above the parcel shelf and unscrewing (philips) two screws.

Finally the window screw.

It will be better to buy de-chromed windows (I got a pair off a sport for Ԛ£50) and re-fit those as painting the chrome will be ball ache.

Hope that helps.

Oh yeh, fitting is the reversal of removal (classic Heynes manual!)

the rear windows are held in by the rubber seal, what you do is sit in the rear of your pride and joy with a broad flat screwdriver and push the rubber lip on the inside over the lip on the bodywork, working your way round until its loose enough to pull it out.dont worry about breaking the window, theyre tougher than you think
