She should make a fine first car (if you've got the insurance sorted!).

How much did she set you back if you don't mind me asking?

Also, what's the rot situation like?

Its got absolutely nothing, pure Poverty spec I think! Will know when I pick it up!

I may make a few upgrades if and when I can afford them and it has no other issues that need sorting!

Its got a few rust patches on the valances, arches and sills but thats it really! I will be sorting them as much as I can though!

I will have insurance sorted when I start driving! Not a bad price either!

Paid --- for the car, which is a bit much, but I don't mind!

And yep its a great feeling! Coolest thing I think i'll have ever owned!

Disagree :P

Ideally both, but on a lovely summer day, windows down, sunroof open, hearing the sound of the engine as you are nailing some country roads....;)

I have too say I love the sunroof open on my Dad's 190E! It's only a 2.0 but sounds awesome!

But the non-sunroof thing might make this chromie more saleable if I ever sell it!

Thanks! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I will keep it original! And well looked after!

Alex, No orange ftw! I actually really don't like chromies with anything other than orange indicators!

And If I was to do anything to it, which I can't because I can't afford it, I would quite like a beige comfort leather interior! Already have a Tech1 wheel! :D

Its my mums though.

A lot has been done on it. Nearly £800 worth of work done for MOT, 15" BBS wheels bought, Hopefully picking up a new hood as well.

Personally I'd prefer a threadbare cloth interior to any comfort leather! But hey that's just me.
