Will the e30 m3 evo splitter fit tech1 bumper?

Just a quickie been looking round and was wondering if the front lip spoiler of a e30 m3 evo would fit straight on to the e30 mtech1 front bumper? to me the tech1 bumper and m3 one without the spliter look the same but im probably wrong :?

Dont think so mate.. (mayber some serious modding)

however you can get similar looking ones.. to fit off of ebay!
I wonder how long it will take people to notice this...
